Alder of Fae's End Fell - Oneshot - OC Lore Fic - PKMN - TeenTwice triumphant, Alder kneeled before the king. While grateful that his kingdom still stood, he grew angry when Alder asked for his daughter’s hand in return. And no matter how the two pleaded their love to him, he would not hear it. In his anger, the king banished Alder, promising death to the man should he ever return. Alder, in return for the king’s curse, warned that should help of the faefolk ever be needed, it would not come. Should his kin be scorned, should the beast return, the kingdom would fall, for no help would come from his hand. Not then, and not in a thousand years.Despite the threat, Alder waited until the cover of darkness to leave the kingdom, stealing away with the princess. Forsaking her own kingdom, she left her crown behind, unable to stand the thought of never being with her love. And for many years, the two lived in peace in the greenhew, protected from the outside world and from the search of the king. But peace cannot last forever.
